How to Order
Please fill out the form below. We'll call to confirm your order and take your credit card number and gift service information, if applicable. You can also contact us by phone, at (386) 462-3762. Please do not e-mail us your credit card number.
UPS Ground Trac, but express service is also available for an additional charge. Pieces are always insured for their full value, but we have never had a piece broken during shipment to a customer from our studio — we pack very well!
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
If
you decide to return a piece, we will be happy to refund the purchase
price or exchange the piece for another, if you notify us within 10 days
after UPS tells us the package was delivered. After this period, the sale
becomes final.
Gift Service
Our gift service allows you
to select gifts and have us ship them for you, complete with a card bearing
your message. Just notify us at the time of your order that you are sending
a gift.
Shipping, Handling, and Insurance:
For
each piece you order, please add a packing, shipping, and insurance charge
of $15, up to a maximum of $30 within the continental U.S. Florida
residents please add 6% sales tax.
